These Maycoly Balance Stepping Stones are a huge success with my two-year-old granddaughter. She loves the stepping "stones" in the local playground but she has to be helped across as they are too far apart for her little legs. This eight piece set is perfect as you can place the balance blocks where you like in various patterns. They stack up together nicely when you've finished playing and are easily rinsed clean if necessary.
We've used them indoors – they have anti-slip rubber on the bottom – and in the garden. You can let your imagination run away with you thinking up games to play with them. Lizzie loves picking them up and placing them in different places. The vibrant colours are perfect for young children and with small groups you could play running to a certain colour and indicating which part of the body to touch them with. Endless possibilities for physical play whatever the season.
These Balance Stepping Stones are certainly robust and take my weight as well so adults can be included.
