BBC Newsround unveils exciting new changes to its format to offer more kids more news in more places.

This Christmas, "Blue Peter" legend Peter Duncan streams his new production of Jack and the Beanstalk directly into homes from 4 December to 10 January, for the perfect family treat, promising you boos, hisses, "he’s behind yous", a sing-a-long song and all the classic panto antics that we love.

For the whole of August, a child who’s aged 16 or under can go to any participating show for FREE as long as they’re accompanied by a full paying adult. Adults can also buy up to two extra children’s tickets at half price, with no booking fees. Booking opens on 11 June, 2019 so plenty of time to check the shows and what you'd like to see.

Harriet and Anne Coates went to a preview of Dumbo the new live-action adventure story directed by Tim Burton which expands on the original animated Disney classic. The film is a triumph and they loved it.

An American in Paris is being screened in cinemas throughout the UK on Wednesday 16 May.
