The Bodywrap range comes in a variety of designs from control briefs to control bodies and all the garments are made from Microfibre and Lycra and are completely seam-free, ensuring that there are no unsightly lumps and bumps under your clothes.
All the designs have a tummy control panel and also lift and shape the bottom. I had two immediate impressions when the garment arrived:
My first impression was confirmed when I put the garment on - I found the material of the Bodywrap much more comfortable than any other shapewear I had tried in the past and whilst it made for a much more streamlined shape, it didn’t cut off circulation to the extremities or make me feel in the least bit uncomfortable. Because the material is so soft, the garment was very easy to put on.
Although Bella di Notte claim that the longer leg designs also slenderise hips and thighs, I felt that the benefit of the long leg control brief which I tested was rather more that they gave a much smoother line under trousers and tighter-fitting skirts.
It is recommended that you purchase the high-waisted garments in a size smaller than you would usually wear to prevent the garment rolling down and despite doing so, I did still find that I had a problem with it rolling down, particularly as the day progressed.
The garment washed very well indeed and there was no loss of support with subsequent wearings.
I think Bodywrap is a great bargain as it really does give excellent results.
