Reduce anxiety and stress levels with Breathe Easy by Susan Smith and Sabine Smith

If there's one thing my yoga classes have taught me it's the value of deep breathing to calm yourself and over the years I've learned various techniques which I find very useful in stressful moments.

Sometimes though it's easier said than done and listening to a CD that guides you through the stages for a complete yogic breath is an excellent aid.

Susan Smith's voice is confident and pleasant to listen to. The instructions are clear and eay to follow and the whole process takes just over 20  minutes.

In a study, Breathe Easy  was used by a control group of men and women ranging from aged 30 to 75. Of those taking part:

  • 100 per cent felt calmer
  • 94 per cent believed their breathing capacity has improved
  • 82 per cent felt less physical tension
