I'm a great fan of arnica and always have some homeopathic pills on hand for bumps and brusies. On the other hand I prefer showers to baths so Nelsons® Arnicare® bath & massage balm was perfect for me. Use it in the bath and relax and unwind or massage any any aches and pains with it after your shower on slightly damp skin.
When I used it in the bath my skin felt really silky afterwards probably due to the Evening Primrose and Sweet Almond oils the balm includes. Lavender and Grapefruit essential oils help calm the senses and relax the mind.
