Maggie's cancer caring centresMaggie's Centres are caring centres offering emotional, practical and psychological support amongst many other benefits for both people suffering from cancer and their families and friends. Located in the grounds of major NHS cancer hospitals throughout the UK, the idea was conceived by Maggie Keswick-Jencks along with her husband, as she herself was diagnosed with cancer and realised the need of integrating professional help with a community of support in thoughtfully designed centres.
