Netflix: Orange is the New BlackFitness expert Niki Wibrow has put together a series of exercises  that you can do at home, on the go, at the gym or at anytime to help keep trim throughout the year. The exercises can be combined in any order, at different levels of intensity or to fit a short workout during an episode of Weeds or a full 55 minute episode of Orange is the New Black. You can tailor your entertainment workout to fit your own exercise and lifestyle needs.

Niki Wibrow has developed these bespoke exercises concentrating on five different body areas. Each can be performed in different combinations, at different speeds and at different numbers of repetitions to suit your fitness plan – while you're catching up on your favourite show on Netflix.

1. Warm-ups – Cardio, Boxing Combos & Yoga Swings

2. Legs – Skaters, Spider Squats & Plies

3. Arms – Dolphin, Walking Planks & Tricep Dips

4. Core – Toe Taps, Twisting Planks & Seated Abs

5. Back – Lying Superman, Standing Stars & Kneeling Superman

For an extra boost to your fitness plan try this pineapple and grapefruit fat-loss smoothie:

What you will need:
pineapple and grapefruit smoothie• 4 slices of pineapple
• ¼ grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
• 250ml low-fat natural yoghurt
• 2tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 2tbsp coconut oil

Packed full with fibre, pineapple keeps you fuller for longer without a lot of calories. The grapefruit is high in fat-burning enzymes, and it also reduces insulin spikes, which aids fat loss. Pumpkin seeds will help fire up your metabolism with good fats and the coconut oil will help reduce overall food intake.
