Aquaint cleansersI am the type of person who always carries hand cleanser in my bag so I was interested to try out Aquaint which comes in a travel size (50ml) and a larger household size (500ml). Like many other cleansers Aquaint claims to eliminate 99.9 per cent of bacteria, the difference is Aquaint is a spray which can be used on virtually any surface as well as on a baby's sensitive skin.

The travel size is perfect for trips to the park, days out or for school lunch boxes. Everyone on our team who's tried this loves the fact that there is no smell and it's alcohol-free.

A water-based cleanser, Aquaint has a natural antibacterial ingredient added to make it extra powerful while remaining mild and extremely safe. This antibacterial ingredient is the same substance produced in our bodies to fight bacteria and other harmful germs, and is the only other ingredient in Aquaint other than water. Aquaint can be used to cleanse almost any part of the body, even sensitive skin, without drying it out or producing any irritating effects.

In addition, Aquaint has multiple other uses – nappy changes, travelling, high chairs, toys, teething rings (or other items that go in the mouth!) and breast pumps; swiftly cleaning and killing bacteria with no need to rinse.

Aquaint is so safe that it can be used on your newborn and is equally safe if ingested.

PWT rating: ♥♥♥♥♥

Aquaint comes in two sizes: 500ml bottle/£6.99 and 50ml/£2.99 and is available from JoJo Maman Bébé and NCT and other nursery retailers.
