exaggeration but it is nevertheless a
fascinating book and a treasure trove of trivia.
Organised into key sections such as
Human Body, Transport, Space and Dinosaurs,
Ask Me Anthing presents a huge array of
facts and figures in a mixture of lists, Q & A, timelines and quirky points like "
I don't believe it!" and "
Weird or what?"
The
page layouts are busy but
easy-to-read although you do have to
rotate the book sometimes to
read the copy.
It's a great book to dip into for
fascinating facts like the flatulence of a single sheep could
power a small truck for 25 miles a day! Or that a
man will shave 20,000 times in an
average lifetime? And you can solve the
problem of where you go to
post letters under water – should the need arise!
