Intensif Hyaluronic concentrated formula serum I always describe my skin as dry and sensitive so when I was offered the opportunity to try out a combination of Intensif Hyaluronic concentrated formula serum and cream that provides "optimal hydration" I jumped at the chance.

Reading the accompanying leaflet could put some people off as it is written in highly technical language describing more of a scientific experiment than an everyday beauty regime. Do I really need to know that there are three forms of hyaluronic acid in the formula? Or that the combination "provides a dermato-esthetic response to skin problems". I don’t think so… my only interest is whether it will work for me.

At first the regime of Intensif Hyaluronic concentrated formula serum followed by the cream felt very heavy on my skin, sitting as they did for a while on the surface, feeling slightly sticky, before being absorbed. It took a few days for me to realise that this wasn’t to do with the Intensif Hyaluronic concentrated formula serum and cream but the state of my skin. Designed for skins that are "severely dehydrated and fatigued" the Intensif Hyaluronic concentrated formula serum and cream need time to soak into the layers of the skin and produce their magic.

Intensif Hyaluronic concentrated formula creamAfter a month of regular use my skin is aglow with healthiness  – softer, less wrinkled and more elastic. The Intensif Hyaluronic concentrated formula serum and cream no longer sit on my skin but are quickly soaked up leaving my skin fresh and ready for anything that gets thrown at it either by me in the form of make-up or in terms of the elements – wind rain and sunshine (well we can only hope!).

This has been a wonderful find (thank you PWT!) but sadly I am coming to the end of this bottle of Intensif Hyaluronic concentrated formula serum. Will I be purchasing more? The answer is a resounding "Yes!"  I have found a supplier for £20 reduced from just under £35 so a real bargain. The cream costs a similar amount but lasts twice as long.

PWT rating: ♥♥♥♥♥

Intensif Hyaluronic concentrated formula serum and cream both retail at £49.50 and are available from: beautybay,  feelunique, salonskincare and lookfantastic.
