Qi SuduchiQi Suduchi Shape at Home is a great creation, enabling people to exercise at home, at the speed and time they want, without the need for weights or equipment.

The  Qi Suduchi exercises which last for seven minutes provide cardio-respiratory, cardio-vascular and flexible strength benefits, toning and shaping the body. A set of five or six short exercises, strengthen the upper and lower body, combining chi and resistance exercises into one activity. The slow gentle exercises put the muscles under tension and the effort and toning is amplified to achieve the maximum result. With warm up and cool down a session should last 20 minutes.

Once mastered the exercises can be performed in a 45 minute cycle, including warm up and cool down. According to the packaging copy, "Recent research has shown that short intensive interval training is as effective as longer exercise sessions" and therefore the benefits of Qi Suduchi are invaluable.

The accompanying DVD is a bit of a disappointment, with little enthusiasm and not necessarily required once the exercises have been learned.

Qi Suduchi, a lightweight exercise tool, has been endorsed by SkillsActive.

Using the Qi Suduchi around twice a week will increase fitness and help to tone problem areas.
